Accelerated Insights is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) that supports the needs of people with physical or mental health conditions by providing or facilitating in the provision of an equine facilitated interaction programme to support their health, wellbeing, and rehabilitation. The benefits are delivered through experiential programmes of Equine Facilitated Interactions. The work is all ground-based, there is no ridden activities. The experiential approach is key to delivery benefit because it not only provides a safe space to develop individual awareness, but it also creates an opportunity to be or to behave differently. Our approach is further strengthened through engaging mindfulness and embodied/somatic practices which engage learners with their whole selves, bringing a connection between mind and body into the experience (“Services”).
